The pandemic isn’t over yet, but life is opening back up again. And while for some this is a joyous moment, not everyone is feeling uniformly great. Many of us are feeling some whiplash, just as much as it did when everything suddenly shut down. This mixed, and at times confusing, reaction may come as a surprise, after all, weren’t we all dreaming about the moment the world reopened? Turns out that this, like most transitions, is not so simple.

Join me and my colleague Rebecca Wong on the most recent episode of her much-loved podcast, Connectfulness Practice Podcast, as we discuss how the pandemic has changed us in, what we’ve learned during this time, what lessons we want to keep, and how to start adjusting to a post-pandemic world.

I invite you to listen in and slow down in order to notice what is bubbling up for you in this moment of change. Learn how to stay grounded in your body as we test out the different facets of re-entry, how to hold tight to the lessons learned over the last year, and what question to ask in order to be more intentional in how we redesign our lives going forward.
